Training with Coach Alex at Padel Plus was a fantastic experience. I learned so much about the game—not just the physical aspects, but also the mental side of padel. Alex explained the importance of preparation, movement, and having a clear purpose behind every shot, which completely changed the way I think about the game. I did an intensive three-day padel coaching with Alejandro, with three hours of training each day covering physical, tactical, and technical aspects of the game. Within a very short time, I was able to improve my level significantly. What I found especially interesting was Alejandro’s coaching approach. It was very different from what I had experienced with other coaches before. Instead of focusing mainly on the upper body, he put a lot of emphasis on footwork, which I learned is absolutely crucial in padel. This really changed my game and helped take it to the next level. Alejandro is a great coach and a great person. He listened to my specific needs, adapted the training accordingly, and made the whole experience both challenging and really enjoyable. I can highly recommend his padel coaching. We trained at Empire Padel Hospitalet, and the facilities were also excellent — very advanced and professional. I came all the way from Germany to Barcelona to truly learn how to play padel the right way — and this experience completely exceeded my expectations. The 5-day bootcamp at Padel Plus Academy was intense, professional, and incredibly eye-opening. The structure of the training, the physical work, the repetitions on court, the attention to footwork and positioning — everything was on a very high level. A special thank you to Alejandro. He wasn’t just a coach for me, but really a mentor during this week. He completely changed the way I understand padel and helped me see the game in a totally different way. Instead of just hitting balls, I now understand positioning, movement, timing, and decision-making on court. Because of the intensive training and the detailed coaching, I now feel like I truly have the tools to correct myself and continue improving on my own. I already feel much more confident on the court and much more aware of what I’m doing. Estoy haciendo clases con Alejandro, que es un profesor excelente, tiene muy buenas habilidades de comunicacion y sabe explicar las cosas de forma clara y sencilla, lo cual es perfecto para ayudarme a mejorar mi nivel y aprender nuevas tecnicas. Se nota que le apasiona lo que hace y siempre te motiva a dar lo mejor de ti en cada clase. El ambiente es muy bueno y se aprende mucho.
